Warranty & Return Policy

We believe that you will be pleased with your purchase from Elecgadget. However, there might be chances when you need to return items to us. So what can we do when we meet this situation? Let us check below.


Items Damaged in Transit

If items were visibly damaged on receipt, we kindly ask you to support us by accepting the parcel and contacting us within 15 working days, as well as providing us with the proof as following:

1. Photos of the front and back sides of the packaging box
2. Photo, video, screenshot of the defective item
3. Photo, video, screenshot of the defect or defective area

Our sales manager will communicate with you for further information.


Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 15 working days in which you could inform us of the fault. You can show us pictures, videos, or screenshot of the wrong items you get. After talking with your sales manager, you can return back in their original packages, all accessories and documents should be included. After verification of the fault, we´ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment account or your Elecgadget balance account. However, if a returned item is found no fault by our technicians we will resend the item to you. In this case, you will be responsible for the return freight cost.

Warranty Period

1. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of receipt. A valid tracking number is requested to prove the date of returning.

2. We only accept products in their original packagings & conditions. We are not responsible for any breakings, scratches or losses caused by poor packing, unreasonable laying, or misused and assembled parts.

3. All returns must be informed with the acknowledgement of Elecgadget  before return. Please inform our correspondent sales in advance before return. He/She will give you a return address, which should be marked clearly on the returning box.

4. Returns should be made by mail postal service, no DHL, no UPS nor TNT. There must be a tracking number which could be followed on a related website. Otherwise, we’re not responsible for any duties on China’s side.

5. Customer is responsible for the return postage and Elecgadget responsible for re-sending postage.

6. We reserve the right to reject services that would void the warranty and return policy, or if the products are damaged by customers.

7. Returns must be sent with below contact information. We’re not responsible for any returns marked with wrong receiver or wrong address.
